Your dream of homeownership may be closer than you think with the help of the Welcome Home Program.
Find Your Home Sweet Home in 2025
The Welcome Home Program offers low to moderate-income homebuyers grants to help people fulfill their dream of homeownership. Thanks to this program, you may have access to up to $20,000, or $25,000 if you are an honorably discharged veteran, active duty military, reservist, or a surviving spouse of service personnel. Funds will be available for reservation on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 8:00 a.m. ET on March 1, 2025, and will remain available until all funds have been reserved. This program is designed to assist low to moderate-income buyers in achieving home ownership. Not all applicants will qualify. Apply here, or fill out the form below.
Guidelines At-A-Glance
- Buyers must pay $500 of their own funds towards the purchase of the property
- The property must be used as the primary residence for the homebuyer
- Applicants don’t have to be first-time homebuyers to be eligible for the grant
- May be used in conjunction with other local, state, and federal funding sources.
