Celebrate International Credit Union Day with us!
We are so excited that this Thursday, October 17th, marks International Credit Union Day! Since its inception in 1948, this day has been celebrated globally to highlight the incredible work that credit unions do, fostering community engagement and support.
At Commonwealth Credit Union, we are proud to honor this special day by launching a food drive to assist local families in need. Running from October 17th to the 31st, this initiative provides a fantastic opportunity for our members and team members to come together to make a difference.
How You Can Participate
Each of our branches will have a donation box labeled with the International Credit Union Day logo! We encourage everyone that is able to contribute non-perishable food items. Every donation you make will directly support those in need within the communities we serve.
By participating in the food drive, you’re not only celebrating the spirit of credit unions, but also reinforcing the philosophy of “People Helping People”. Your generosity can truly make a difference in the lives of those around us.
